Ben Martin

Ben is an Investigator at Lady Davis Research Institute at the Jewish General Hospital and an Assistant Professor in the Gerald Bronfman Department of Oncology at McGill University.

Ben completed his PhD at the University of British Columbia in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, under the mentorship of Dr. LeAnn Howe. He then moved to Boston to join the lab of Dr. Karen Adelman at Harvard Medical School for his postdoc, where he studied the role of chromatin remodeling in mammalian gene regulation. He established his independent research group at the Lady Davis Institute in the Fall of 2024.
